Field Guide to the Amaryllis Family of Southern Africa and Surrounding Territories

This much anticipated Field Guide has been two years in the making, coming as it does after the 45 years it took to gather information for the acclaimed Amaryllidaceae of Southern Africa (2016). For this new portable, sturdy and beautiful field guide, we arranged the species into biomes so that the reader can locate the plant for which he needs an identification, by placing it in its natural habitat and where it is most likely to be found.

Graham Duncan updated the text and Leigh Voigt added 14 new paintings.
Each species is illustrated with stunning photographs, a detailed watercolour and a map.
